If I had to lose sense it would be the sense of touch because if I was to save someone from a burning car then I wouldn't feel the flames from the burning car and at least I would be a hero to the person that I just saved and not my other five senses to be gone.

...good answer...though without the sense of touch i'd miss the feel of a warm shower on a cold winter morning and the cool water of a pool on a hot summer day...
